Baldwin Lawn Furniture and Pergolas is currently using 30,000 of 75,000 total square feet. We rent the unused portions of the building at or below market rates. We know what it feels like to rent space for your business. We rented for twelve years and as a result we see things from the renters point of view. We understand how hard it can be.

We keep our lease agreements short and simple. 

All leases are gross which means you don't pay our property taxes or water bill.
We also include all the grounds maintenance and snow moving in your base rent.
