6250' Office
Our large office building is currently available. At one time it was the Connecticut base for BF Goodrich Aerospace. Then Connecticut was going to make this the home base for FEMA in CT. Recently this office was headquarters for REM CT an adult health care staff training facility and administrative offices. 

The space is 6250 square feet rectangle with large windows on three sides. There are fifteen offices, a lobby with receptionist window, mail room and a large, open training room. Your clients can park in the huge parking lot, walk up the ramp, through the lobby, past a common bathroom and display case, then enter your private area. The space is 63 x 63. Extra storage space
We have space available below our showroom for rent. Currently the space is open, or without walls. The rate is $6 to $9 per square foot depending on your needs such as electrical, water and parking. The area is served by a certified sprinkler system, but is currently unheated. The area does not freeze because it is below the frost line and near the boilers.

Decide how much space you want and we will build the walls you need. You have access to loading docks and common bathrooms. This area can be rented to either a business or a person for personal storage.

Barn storage or workshop
This is our diamond in the rough. Do with it what you will. If you like rustic dairy barns, you'll love our barn. It has lots of room for storage. It could be converted into a wedding reception venue. One business owner wanted to use it to create a micro brewery. Contact us to discuss your ideas. We can customize the barn to your requirements. The barn is 32' deep by 72' long and three stories.
